Founder Maurice McRae is a stage and screen actor who discovered acting while attending Morehouse College. He later received his MFA from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University.

On screen, Maurice has made multiple television appearances and his feature film, Still Here, was nominated for Best Feature Narrative at the Vail Film Festival and showcased at the American Black Film Festival. 

Maurice enjoys collaborating with notable writers and directors on emerging works.
